DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving your order. Most customers in the contiguous USA will receive items within 3-5 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 7 business days. Unfortunately, MEND cannot guarantee exact shipping windows for international orders, as each shipment is different and will vary from country to country.

International Duties & Taxes
Shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. MEND encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, MEND is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

In some countries, products may be undeliverable. If this happens, MEND will refund the total value of the products to the customer, excluding freight and any other relevant fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER ONLINE
Upon shipment of your order, an order number will be emailed to you for reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.

Our standard shipping carriers are USPS/UPS. Any lost package is the responsibility of USPS/UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to USPS/UPS. Additionally, if a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product, you must contact USPS/UPS and file a claim with them.
